The Social Security Judges are cracking down on cases because of media reports such as this and are being very hard on claimants.

It is very frustrating for people to wait this long for a hearing and they have already waited 8 to 10 months from application time through the initial review levels. It is only going to get worse because of more people filing and not enough workers to review the cases.
