There are still some problems with the system.
The insurance company attorneys must agree to a trial. If this does not happen then a trial will not be granted.
In the past the Arbitrator had the authority to force the case to trial. Not in Covid times.
This delays getting cases resolved.
You may still may file cases with the Commission. This forces the insurance company to work on your case and explain why they are not authorizing treatment or paying you.
Cases are still being settled. This insures that you get paid and moves the cases in the system.
