unusual conditions such as swelling, numbness, or problems concentrating;
what you must do to address your pain and problems, such as elevate your legs, use a cane, use heat and ice;
ask for a prescription for a cane if necessary, or a disability parking permit (make a copy for yourself of any prescriptions or papers);
tell the doctor if you are having any medication side effects involving fatigue, sleepiness, concentration and focus issues.
Following these steps will make your medical records more complete and support your testimony at your trial.
